Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ClickAds Protector website at clickadsprotector.com and the ClickAds Protector software-as-a-service platform (collectively, the "Service"), operated by ClickAds Protector ("we", "us", "our"). By creating a subscription or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ClickAds Protector is a subscription software service that monitors advertising traffic on websites where our tracking script is installed, analyses click and session signals to identify likely invalid or fraudulent activity, and automatically adds identified IP addresses and IP ranges to the customer's Google Ads IP exclusion lists via the official Google Ads API.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
• You must own, or be authorised to manage, every Google Ads account and website you connect to the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your dashboard links, tokens and credentials confidential.

3. Subscriptions, Billing and Renewals

• The Service is billed as a recurring monthly subscription priced per connected Google Ads account, as displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed by our authorised merchant of record and payment processors. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
• Taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) may be added where required by law.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; the Service remains active until the end of the current paid period.
• If the Service materially fails to function and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may request a refund for the most recent billing period within 14 days of that charge. Refunds are otherwise at our discretion and handled in accordance with the policies of our payment processor.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Install the tracking script only on websites you own or are authorised to manage.
• Provide accurate Google Ads account and campaign identifiers during onboarding.
• Comply with Google Ads policies and all applicable laws while using the Service.
• Do not use the Service to interfere with third-party advertising, generate invalid traffic, or analyse websites you do not control.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not: reverse-engineer, resell or sublicense the Service except under a written white-label agreement; attempt to access other customers' data; probe or disrupt our infrastructure; or use the Service in violation of any law.

7. Service Levels and Disclaimers

Click fraud detection is probabilistic. We use multiple independent signals and a false-positive protection system, but no fraud-detection technology can guarantee that every invalid click is identified or that no legitimate visitor is ever flagged. The Service depends on third-party platforms (including Google Ads APIs, hosting and CDN providers) whose availability we do not control. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost advertising spend, or loss of data.

9. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the Service, including the tracking script, detection engine, dashboards and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own (or your clients') advertising accounts during your subscription. Customer data you submit remains yours.

10. Data Protection

Our collection and processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription. Sections 7–9 survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or on this page at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
