This Privacy Policy explains how ClickAds Protector ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit clickadsprotector.com, subscribe to our service, or when our tracking script runs on a customer's website.
When our tracking script runs on a customer's website, it collects technical signals about ad-click sessions for the sole purpose of fraud detection:
The script does not collect names, emails, form contents, keystrokes or page content, and does not use advertising cookies.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use traffic data for advertising or profiling unrelated to fraud detection.
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process account data to perform our contract with the customer, and traffic data on the basis of the legitimate interest of customers and ourselves in preventing advertising fraud. Customers installing our script are responsible for disclosing its use in their own privacy notices where required.
We share data only with service providers needed to run the Service: cloud database and hosting providers, content-delivery networks, the Google Ads API (to apply IP exclusions on the customer's own account), and our payment processor for billing. Each processor receives only the data necessary for its function.
Our infrastructure providers may store data in data centres outside your country, including the EU, Singapore and the United States, under appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our infrastructure providers. Access to production data is restricted with role-based credentials and secret tokens. Public dashboards expose read-only data scoped to the relevant customer.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If you are a visitor to a website protected by our script, you may also contact the website owner, who is the data controller for that site.
Our marketing website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The tracking script on protected sites uses local browser storage solely to maintain a device identifier for fraud detection.
The Service is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date and, for customers, notified by email.
